Thorlabs LP940-SF30 Laser Diode has a center wavelength of 940 nm. It also has a Ø9 mm, SM Pigtail package. 
We have categorized the pin configuration of TO-packaged diodes in to standard A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H pin codes.
