915/940/980nm Fiber coupled CW diodes, 20/30W, 600um

The new compact fiber series is equipped with an ultra-compact and hermetically sealed package. The operation wavelength is in the 905 to 980 nm range. These products use high performance micro optics for fiber coupling. Optical power levels up to 40 W CW and 150 W QCW are delivered through a single multimode fiber terminated by a SMA connector. A small fiber diameter and a low numerical aperture lead to high brightness and high optical power density.
