Dual-clad Component Fiber

Developed to compliment our technology leading CP1500Y and CP1100 fibers and to enable you to utilise these fibers to their full potential, SMM900 is a circularly symmetric, 'dual-clad' fiber that combines both singlemode and multimode characteristics. With a multimode core to compliment the CP fibers, it has a singlemode NA of 0.19 to match their doped cores - compatible also with SM980(4.5/125), other 900/1500 nm dual-wavelength fibers. SMM900 is ideal for the manufacture of WDM devices for pump and signal combination in high power, cladding-pump lasers and amplifiers.
